Concerns and Quandries

Lieutenant Norvi Stace's personal log.

It's been a turbulent few days. I'm not even quite sure where to begin.

The science labs seem in good shape, and only minor adjustments need to be made to some of the sensors from the overhaul at San Francisco Yards. But nothing my team can't handle. And what a team they seem to be shaping up to be. I'm relieved Lieutenant Kohl decided to join us in his capacity as Assistant Chief. I feel like I can instantly rely on him to organise and exact anything the department needs. Pendleton also. It's good to have an equal contemporary with whom to confer and work with.

The other officers and crewmen seem equally as competent and hard working.

Let's just see how we all pull together when we reach Lyshan III, which neatly leads me on to my only concern. Relieved not to have had the opportunity to have met with Admiral Taklur due to the diversion away from DS9, the expediency of this now puts pressure of the crew. I just hope that we can prevail.
