There's nothing like throwing yourself in to work in order to ignore what's really going on with you.

I don't know what's wrong with me lately. Every question the counsellor asks me about my past or my behaviour or my personality makeup seems to incense me. I'm not sure if it's her tone or that she's hitting a nerve, but I feel that no matter what I say, unless I roll over and declare that it's all my fault and that I'm a bad person.

*Sigh*

I guess I'll just have to look at my choices when we come out of this the other side.
