Adjusting to life on the Galileo has been tough. I think I've gotten lost a few times. If it wasn't for the internal guidance systems, I think I might have ended up in an airlock or something.

I met a few good looking officers but I don't see myself dating any of them. There's something my grandfather once told me, "Never mix business with pleasure" and I intend to listen to him. If anything it frees me from acting foolishly.

I was able to spend sometime on the bridge with the Commodore and Captain. I got to see the re-launch of this old boat. It was amazing and now I've been put to task with two fellow officers in studying the mining complex on Lyshan. Most of my work has been slow going but I hope that working with Quinn and Asahi will prove fruitful.
