First things first. I do not like psychological evaluations. The human who evaluated me did not understand my culture at all, despite how much I explained it. Del'an would not allow me to so much as set foot on board this vessel should she believe me unstable. They have nothing to worry about.

The dinner that was held was very enjoyable. The food was, to be honest, some of the best I have eaten since boarding the Galileo. Ansen did a fabulous job. I did not speak much, as is normal for me. I like to listen to the conversation around me and give my opinion when needed. Del'an was there, as was to be expected. She kept everyone there on their toes, myself included. I only hope that I can become half of what she is now.

I must meditate more. I do now, but I feel as though I am restless and uneasy. Maybe that is because of the extra training from Kestra. I revel in it, of course, but I remember when I was young I get restless when my levels of training were elevated. Perhaps the same is happening now. It has not, and will not, have any effect on my work. It is simply a mental note.
