"Where to start....well I found out at the beginning of the week that I am pregnant. It was the first time since I had met Luke that I am relieve that we hadn't slept together. The idea of not knowing who the father is was a drama that I am thankful to have avoided."

"That is not the mean that Warrant Office Banks and I are happy about the idea that I am pregnant and that he is the father. I just keep think one thought over and over again. I even had this particular thought before I found out about the baby...

"I never should have slept with him..."

"Ever since Gerald died, I am either completely alone or making a complete ass of myself...."

Audible pause

"I miss him...I miss him everyday and part of me can't help but hope this whole thing will work out the same way. That is horrible to say. The day I miscarried our baby was heartbreaking, but that whole situation was different. Gerald and I were married, even if it hadn't been our choice, but at least I love him. At least I wanted to have his baby."

"I have no doubt that I will love this child, it is just this period of uncertainty that I am hating. Not the life growing inside me. Ok, and I hate the baby's father a little. If he insists on being in our lives I hope I will get over this."

"My life is too complicated. I wish I had someone to talk to. I can't reach out to my siblings. That is how my father found out last time. The last thing I need is threats resulting in another marriage. Especially one to Banks."
