"Now that we have left Starbase 234, I have more personnel to work with. I am, however, still without a transporter chief. Until I have access to more personnel, Eriksen is acting on-call transporter chief. However, I've asked Eriksen to request an officer from another department with cross-training in transporter operations to assist us. For now the operations schedule is as follows."

"I am not used to working with such a small department. I still want to get a few transfers aboard at our next resupply, especially a sensor officer, a computer specialist, and a transporter chief.

"The EMH was acting up but hopefully it's fixed now. Willis and I will be running some diagnostics. I think rebooting it is our best option though. If the problem persists I will request a new one. Otherwise things have been quite since reaching the neutral zone, discounting the issue with the Klingons. I'm not concerned about that for the time being. End log."
