"Not sure how much time I have. In fact I am dictating this while on my way with other officers to go talk to the captain.

The captain, on the bridge! I can hardly contain myself. I never thought in a hundred years I would even get close. A science tech in the science section just doing her assignment and lucky most of the time to just report to a senior NCO and sometimes a junior officer.

Now I am in tow with other more senior officers and we are going to go to the bridge. Did I mention the bridge and the captain? Yes, I guess I did. We, well more than likely they, are going to try to explain how a piece of ship and wave managed to move across light years of space relatively intact.

It is almost inconceivable that it occurred, but with the Lieutenant Plummeri providing quite a bit of the science I put in a tiny bit of extra to help explain how it might have occurred.

Speaking of the later, he is not only brilliant but handsome as well. Fit, blonde with blue eyes, so much different than back home. Ah well, such a person probably has more than enough love interests. Certainly a girl from the Sudra caste would not even get a second glance....

I am drifting. I must catch up so miss my chance.
