This ship has been different lately. This is not surprising, however, considering the rude abduction of our captain, among so many other things.

On a positive note, I do believe that Ensign Cho and I are going to be good friends. She was guarded when I first started talking with her, but I think she opened up more than she normally does for people. She needs a friend, and I am more than willing to be that.

I need to seek out Del'an and spend time with her. I feel as though I am forgetting her in this mayhem that is now our norm. I promised her I would never forget or neglect our ways -- I need to reassure her again.
