Aren looked at the PADD in his hand. “Computer, start personal log.”

“What a mess do we have here. In a span of 30 minutes we find that our mission was a sham to lure out General Korah so that the council champion could fight him in honorable combat and end the vendetta between Korah and the Klingon High Council. But before that, there was a mutiny attempt were which resulted in more wounded and fatalities. The said part is that the mutiny attempt cost us the lives of two good Starfleet Officers. We haven’t even had time to conduct a proper memorial. The bodies are in storage, until we can get them back to Earth.” Aren said as he rubbed his face. “And now I have the daughter to worry about. So much has happened in such a short time, I feel sad for her. Though I guess one silver lining is the girl had previously taken a liking to Ambassador Varo, which means she might at least be able to find a good home somewhere.” Aren said, a sad looking touching his eyes.

“Now the crew is stuck aboard a Romulan vessel waiting to make transit to Federation space. We just finished questioning Ensign Saint James about her involvement in trying to thwart the mutiny attempt. The general…admiral...Lirha and I are looking to speak with Ensign Derani next, as she was one that warned Wyatt and security in general about the attempt and allowed them to move and try to assist. Unfortunately, it seems that they weren’t able to move fast enough.” Aren let out a sigh before rubbing the bridge of his nose.

“But we shall see what we learn. Computer, end Log.”
