It's not often that 'falling back' is shown during missions, as there is an instinct to fight and push forward, however Stace's intro post showed how sometimes the decision to flee and regroup for another round is the greater hardship.

She is the heart of the Science department without question. I can't wait to do more JPs between her and Jacob!
	Most Improved Player of the Month Awarded 04 Jun 2014 @ 2:32pm Nominated by Rear Admiral Lirha Saalm	Norvi has been extremely busy this month and has been thrown into the thick of it, both IC and OOC. Having to balance multiple JPs at once and act as a DH is a daunting task for anyone, and it's been great to watch Norvi develop as a character and also see her writer develop as an OOC player who is able to manage the duties of being a DH.

She is always played 'to the hilt', as described in this award.
