"What do you think that is, a village or something?" asked Willis as the two neared the shore of the little island.

"Not sure, maybe. I just see a fire, and I'm cold, wet, and hungry." answered Quinn.

"And drunk." remarked Willis with a chuckle.

"That's why you're driving, and I'm ordering, junior." Quinn said as he lit a big cigar. "Bring us in carefully, don't get caught in the shoals or the breakers."

"Hey, you sit up there and look pretty you old bastard, and let me find a place to drop anchor."

The two sailed around the small island, twice before Quinn pointed to a small cove, near by the sight of the large bonfire.

"Over there, starboard bow. Looks like a nice cove to put in at."

"Yup, I see it." answered Willis. "Wanna drop the jib, and I'll bring us in nice and slow?"

Quinn stood up and dropped the sail with a tug on the line. Willis turned the wheel and the small craft moved into the natural harbor silently. A couple small boats could be seen tied to a long dock that was floating in the water. After maneuvering the boat against the dock, Quinn grabbed the bow mooring line and jumped onto the floating dock and secured the boat, then move to the stern as Willis tossed the line over.

"I may make a real sailor out of you yet, Willis." Quinn stated as he slapped Arthur on his shoulder. "Not too bad. Now, I'm hungry. Let's check out this small island and see what we can find in the ways of people and food."

"Sounds good to me, I'm starving. Hopefully they won't mind unexpected visitors." Willis said as he followed Quinn down the dock and up the walkway into the small village. The two could hear voices and what sounded like signing off in the distance.

The two friends entered a very small village. There were a few shops, and what looked like some type of central eating area. Off in the distance, on the beach was a large bonfire with people sitting around it. Children could be heard playing, and the sounds of laughter made them smile at one another. "So far so good, Junior." remarked Quinn as he lit a long cigar.

"Yup." answered Willis and he ran his fingers backwards through his hair.

An elder man that was walking back from the shore stopped and looked at the duo. After tense moment the old man walked to Quinn and Willis, stopping before them, just only a meter or less away. Quinn raised a hand and then extended it out. "It's a beautiful night sir, for a walk. Yes?"

The elder man chuckled. "Starfleet? You are from Starfleet?"

Quinn smiled and looked back to Willis. The two chuckled as well and Quinn addressed the man. "Yes, sir. My name is Quinn, this is Willis. Could we trouble you for some food, and a place to dry our clothes? We were stuck in that squall line that cam through earlier. The little sailboat made it, but we got soaked."

"Yes, yes, Please follow me back to the shore. We are having a feast, and the fire shall dry you out quickly. You can stay as long as you like."

Willis and Quinn each shook the man's hand and then followed him down to the festivities taking place at the shoreline. After a few hours, the two were finally dry, and asleep on hammocks tied to trees. The sun was just now breaking as it's warm touch came over them.

"I think we may stay here for a few days, Willis. What are the odds of anyone finding us here anyway?"

Willis looked at Quinn as he took a sip of his mug of hot coffee. "What did they say the name of this place was? Puam Digh, or something? Nah, I think we are going to have a very quiet and uninterrupted stay."
