ON:

Dressed in her workout clothes which consisted of tight black leggings and a grey form-fitting tanktop, Lirha approach Holodeck 2 with the hopes of getting in a bit of exercise and some brief combat training. She enjoyed cardiovascular workouts yet was not very keen on hand-to-hand techniques, but she was also a Starfleet captain and was required to at least be somewhat competent in the skill. Her yearly review was scheduled to take place in only a few months, and so she had decided that now was as good a time as ever to brush up on her techniques.

The captain stopped in front of the holodeck door and did a quick check of its status. She was surprised to discover that there was already a training program running and the user authorization belonged to Crewman Hex. Memories of the passionate night they had shared together streamed through her head and a soft smile spread across her lips. Normally she would have left Siren in peace to finish out her session, but she didn't want to pass up an opportunity to see her newest lover. Tapping the keypad and entering her command authorization, she entered the holodeck with a swish of the door and stopped to look around.

Siren was in the middle of a square mat, black shorts and vest on, her long red hair tied firmly back, and still some wisps had managed to escape with how physical her work out was. She was breathing harder than usual and sweat glistened on her skin, but she was also constantly moving on her feet and focussed. She ducked to avoid a swipe of a male combatant before slamming her arm into the crook of his elbow to push the arm away and weaken his arm. She took the open side as a chance to smash her elbow up into his face, making his head snap back before kicking him firmly in the middle to send him the rest of the way off balance. She grabbed a towel and caught her breath as the man toppled to the ground and disappeared.

Patting her face, neck and chest dry with the towel, Siren stretched out and turned, taking a deep breath before jumping when she saw Lirha. Siren relaxed as soon as she saw who it was, laughing at herself for being skittish enough to jump. "Lirha! Sorry, I didn't see you there, peach."

The captain smiled warmly at the intelligence officer and slowly stepped forward while her green eyes looked over Siren's toned frame. Even in the middle of what appeared to be a hefty workout, she still managed to look beautiful. "I was coming to the holodeck for a bit of training when I saw that you already beat me to it." she explained. "I did not mean to startle you...but I do enjoy watching you move." she added in a playful manner.

"Is that so," Siren replied with a smile that showed her appreciation. She liked the idea, she couldn't deny it. She looked her over, memories of their time together coming back to her as she worked her gaze up her legs, her smile broadening. "I'd prefer to see you move," she said lightly, but there was also challenge in her voice.

Lirha glanced around at the floor mat which was now vacant of any photonic combatants. "Would you like to train with me? Perhaps a few rounds in which we can develop our techniques?" she offered with a sly grin, not wanting to shy away from the crewman's subtle challenge. She was the captain, after all, and the last thing she wanted was to appear timid or afraid, especially in front of her friend.

Siren laughed warmly, a gleam in her eyes as she tilted her head down so she could look up at her through narrowed and lowered lashes. "What if I hurt you? Would I be in trouble?" she teased with a coy voice.

"Possibly." Lirha teased with a shrug. "But the penalty for that would be for you to take care of me until I recover." she added with a wink as she began to stretch and loosen her body's muscles to avoid any cramps and potential injuries. Once she finished, she stepped into the center of the large sparring mat and took her stance which was modeled after an Earth defensive martial art known as Jiu-Jitsu, which shared many similarities to another Earth discipline called Judo.

Siren jumped lightly from one foot to another to get her energy back up. "I'm at a distinct disadvantage. I have to look at you, and you're one stunning distraction," she chuckled before pushing forward, taking a swipe with her right fist before following up with her left, knowing she'd swipe it away easily.

"I could say the same about you..." the captain replied, then backed away from the combination hand strikes and avoided the closest with a somewhat-suave parry of her right hand. Siren was no doubt the more aggressive of them, and Lirha hoped that she could use that to her advantage. Moving deliberately around the taller woman in a left circle, she slowly closed the distance until she was finally in Siren's striking range, then waited for the attack to commence as she prepared her counter-move.

Siren hopped forward, her arm slicing at her middle and body half turning. She knew Lirha would easily see it coming though so went for the real attack, below the line of vision, her leg kicking out tight behind Lirha's to trip her back.

Lirha's hand caught Siren's wrist and latched on to it when she stuck, but she was unprepared for the sweeping leg kick which caught her ankle and sent her off-balance and tumbling backwards onto the mat. She quickly accepted her fate and landed with a thud on her back, but kept a tight grip on the woman's wrist and pulled her down with her while giving the arm a strong tug which would ideally flip Siren over her body and away from another imminent strike.

Siren laughed with the rush, her skin flushed as she landed hard on her back. She kept the grip of her wrist though, rocking back up onto her feet, and pulling hard as she stood, pulling Lirha up with her and against her body. "I've gotcha now, peach, won't let you go," she teased, catching her breath.

Grinning yet also resisting the urge to kiss her partner, Lirha realized that Siren had made a tactical error. With their mutual grips on each others' wrist still firm and in close proximity, Lirha reached up and swiftly grabbed the collar of Siren's vest. With one hand controlling an extremity and other her torso, Lirha swiftly pulled both of her grips together and swiveled her body 100 degrees so that she had proper leverage, then used her curvy frame to flip Siren across her side with a strong hip throw. "I love it when you talk to me like that." Lirha smirked as she released her grip to let Siren up and off of the floor.

Siren watched with a smile, her eyes an inky blue as she remained on the floor. She grabbed her ankles and gave a good, old fashioned yank to pull her over and back down with her, laughing warmly. "Nyxans fight dirty, beauty, scratch and bite and claw."

"Mmm...that sounds fun..." Lirha joked but with an intent stare into Siren's blue eyes. Now also on the floor, the captain slowly crawled on top of her and playfully grabbed one of her free arms, then pinned it to the mat while sliding her green body over the Nyxan's firm torso. Hovering several inches above her mouth, Lirha finally submitted to the temptation and leaned down to kiss her.

Siren moaned warmly with both relief and want, her hand lifting to push into her thick, dark hair to keep her close. She smiled as she broke the kiss to catch her breath, laughing warmly, her eyes shining. She hooked her leg around the athletic body on top of her, turning them lithely over so she could be on top and straddle her body as she sat up on her, stroking her hip tenderly. "You're one fierce jewel."

Lirha let out a squeak when she was suddenly flipped over, but it was one of playful enjoyment. Grinning and softly giggling, she couldn't remember the last the time she had had so much fun sparring with a partner. She was content in her submissive position with Siren on top of her, and gently wiggled her hips to allow the red-head to perch firmly on her waist. "And what would you like to do with this 'jewel'?" she asked in a sultry voice while reaching up with her hands and sliding them down the sides of Siren's ribs and to her thighs.

"Steal it," Siren whispered as she leant down over her with a playful smile before kissing her warmly, her fingertips brushing up the length of her jaw.

Melting into the affection, Lirha answered the kiss with a deep one of her own, a trademark Orion kiss which was not only deep and sensual, but was also accompanied by muffled verbal moans and physical writhing. After a long moment she finally pulled back and rested her head against the mat while staring up at Siren with hazy green eyes. "Can I ask you something?" she wondered, not sure if Siren was in the mood for serious discussion or simply play.

"Whatever you want," Siren assured, smiling gently as she searched her eyes. She gently rolled off of her, lying on her back next to her as she reached to hold her hand, turning her head on to its side so she could watch her and to let Lirha talk properly.
