The Galileo is a small ship and like ancient Terran small towns, everybody knew everyone else's business. Even things done, or almost done behind closed doors are known, or guessed at, or rumors started because of some chance remarks.

So, I guess it should not surprise me that there are rumors about Kohl and Elijah. Elijah and I were not really into the relationship phase. One date, one kiss, an amazing one at that, does not a relationship make. I thought though there was a chance of something happening, but it doesn't look like it now.

I'm not going to try to fight Kohl, I'm not going to go begging like some High School kid to Elijah either. That's not my style. I am of course disappointed to say the least, but what can I do? I was willing to take things slow, let them develop, give Elijah space, but maybe I gave him too much space.

If he and Kohl are happy, or they have a chance of a relationship then more power to them.

I am still on the hunt, well not the hunt exactly, that came out wrong. I'm still looking for a man who is as helpless of a romantic as I am. Someone I can fall in love with, be friends with, maybe even some day get married to.


Only time will tell if I'll be successful.
