Day 1.

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

We've finally resupplied the small garrison here at Ar-558, tey looked like hell but I have no doubt that our combined starfleet and marines regiment will not falter and hold the base against the Dominion. The USS Honor will be doing routine patrols in the area so on the front we should be looking pretty quiet. The Captain has had us dig out trenches and refortify the emplacements with the new weaponry supplied by the Klingons. The 'machine guns' as we call them are effective despite their brutality.

Next report in three days.

Day 4.

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

Its still pretty quiet here, we've kept in contact with the Honor which is still doing patrols in our sector but they have warned us that the dominion have stepped up their attacks the latest supplies have come in and we wont be expecting any for a while due tot he frequent raids but as usual we're well prepared especially now our engineers have fabricated replicators.

next report will be in six days.

Day. 10

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

We've lost all communications with the Honor, we're not worried however as a scheduled storm was due to pass through the sector. Though Leaving us vulnerable headquarters doubts a dominion attack is possible after several defeats. The doctors have however been kept busy thanks to a malfunction with the newly built replicaters and several of the men going down with food poising.

Next report in two days.

Day.12

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

Its been 2 days since the storm left the sector and the Honor has yet to contact us with rumors spreading and possible dominion drop ships in the sector we have gone to yellow alert having emplacements manned 24/7 with routine patrols, the men have been waiting for this and though the last 2 weeks of r and r was nice i expect it'll be the last we will get in a while.

My next report will be in four days.

Day. 16

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

We've been continually engaged by small Dominion skirmishers for the past two day which undoubtedly confirms Dominion activity resuming here on Ar-55, we also fear that the USS Honor was destroyed. Until we can reestablish communications with the federation we are to assume we are alone and any and all measures must be taken to preserve our life and defend this piece of rock.

Next log in four more days.

Day 20.

Sergeant Luke Wyatt United Federation Marine Core...

Scouts have now determined the dominion forces size as four columns causing doubt within the rank, most of the regiment is either veterans or green horns and all looking for a quick win for the war, little do they know that they may not even make it back I certainly have my doubts but at least I know ill take as many of those blue bellied bastards with me.

Next report in four more days.
