Personal log - 009 - Inspiring

ON:

We have arrived at the Rojar system and so far no security issues.

I have had some . . I guess can characterize as personal conversations with Cadet Mor'an. We seem to have bonded over a single factor, being the first of our race to enter Starfleet. We found several expected similarities and yet a few differences as well.

The training and implementation of the Emergency Response Team seems to be going fair. I'll hold any criticism until truly deserved. I am sure it will be effective when the time comes.

On a more personal note, I was at Tactical when the ship arrived at Rojar II. I found the large gas giant quite inspring. I have never been much of an artist or one with artistic tendencies, but as I said, I felt moved by its beauty. The many color combinations across its upper levels of swirling gas almost brought a tear to my eye.
