I am glad Nesh is busy right now, writing this because I am too excited to sleep, tomorrow afternoon I get to marry John. I never thought I would find myself in love with a human, part of me hoped I would find my people quickly and be married to another Nekomi but maybe another part thought that I should continue my life either way and find a partner who was not my own species.

While I am happy that I am marrying a man I love, I am a little unsure what would happen if I eventually found my people. Would they accept that I had married an 'alien'. Our relationship took a long time to come to this point, I can still remember sitting on the mountain side of Allyndra's homeworld with him, we had a picnic together, he gave me some allygator meat to try. That was the first time we both said we liked each other and now a little more than a year later we are getting bonded together.

We only left the holodeck a few hours ago from my 'bachelorette party' I had never been to one before so was not sure what to expect but we had a lot of fun, we all had massages though I think everyone else had more.... intimate massages than I did. I still had a lot of fun though, M'Zera was a great massager. After that Jeysa and Nesh both jumped into the pool, it took a lot of persuading but I went in eventually too, luckily the water was low enough that I could stand up most of the time when I could not float. They are both very good swimmers although they seemed very interested in each other, always looking at the other and laughing at the jokes they made. Nesh told us that Ensign Sera and the pilot Darius might be dating which was very interesting to hear. It is a small ship and secrets do not stay secret for very long.

*Yawning sound* I should probably try and go to sleep again, I think I will need all my strength for tomorrow. Computer save recording.
