"Well the past several weeks have been suitably boring. While I like to teach, it has to be a subject that really catches my interest. Oh do not get me wrong, ethics can be fascinating but the way the current curriculum is set up is just so rigid.

I think most has been written by people that have no real experience in the real world. A set of rules and strictures that while worthwhile ignores that sometimes the right thing to do is not always in the guidelines.

Interesting though the debate may be in that class and some of the discussions of the real world of a star ship. It has been rote for most of my time back. Taking care of injuries and scrapes and bruises for the most part.
To say that I am bored would be close to the mark.

That and compounded with virtually no ship would take me on has not gone well. I might end up going back home and more permanently then I had considered. That is not something I am ready to do.

Well the only good news is that after reapplication the Galileo captain has indicated that they are willing to do an interview. At least a little further on. However, while it is not a yes, the communication did say bring any and all belongs and be prepared to ship out. So may the Twins bless and let us hope I get out of regular clinic before I go insane.
