John asked me out for lunch today, I went and he told me they are building a new Galileo and it wants crew for a three year mission, he said that where I go he wants to go with me so we applied for it together.

I hope we get our positions, both of us. I would not like it if one of us did and the other did not, I would really not like it now that he has said that he would like to spend the rest of his life with me and bought me a very very nice dress.

I do not know what we will do if we end up on ships far away from each other. I do not think our friendship would last if we did.....


Most of the crew are going up to the spacedock soon to the Hathaway for this cadet cruise. I can remember mine, it was very interesting. Finding my way through all the small spaces on a new class of ship, trying not to break anything and doing damage control when we had a practise attack. Those were good times.
