He was able to suddenly step up into an acting DH role with his character Theron, and has been very active and engaged on the sim. He has been a huge credit to his department and has been the glue which has kept them together recently.

Rhodes is always on the lookout and protecting the ship from any possible threats, and the character shows an excellent ability to perform his duties to the fullest while sometimes going above and beyond what is expected.
