Good Evening, friends!

Tonight I bring our latest weekly update report with a few minor news items and a couple of new player announcements.

We've officially entered the heart of the summertime period which is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand it means that many of us are enjoying the nice hot weather and vacationing, and on the other, it means those with academic obligations now have a bit of free time and we can conver...recruit them.

This past week has been full of new posts and new characters, and I'm happy to officially announce our two newest arrivals. Please welcome:

LTJG Gideon Nicols, Chief Research Officer
ENS Tris Shizn, Assistant Chief Flight Control Officer

Congratulations on your new assignments and welcome (back) to Galileo!

We also have three additional players whose applications are pending, and I hope to get them onboarded and announced within the next week.

Finally, the end of the month is approaching which means it's time to begin submitting personal logs and CCA nominations. Please do so at your earliest convenience and remember that the deadline for both is Monday July 31st.
