Sim Milestone - Two-Year Anniversary

Hi crew, it's with great pride and honor that I announce today as our second sim anniversary! Galileo originally launched in late January 2012 with only four players, and now two years later, we are still operational and writing some fantastic stories. Our family has grown to be quite large and all of you are very talented writers, and we've managed to make our way through six lengthy, fun, and exciting missions during this time.

When I first took command, I never dreamed we would become so active and successful, let alone last two years and still be going strong. It humbles and honors me to be a part of this group and to have the opportunity to write with all of you each and every day. As much effort as I put in as a GM, it is all of you who have put in an equal amount of effort and made the sim successful by turning it into a friendly, welcoming, and joyous place to write and RP. I have not only made some amazing friends during my time here on Galileo, I have also had the pleasure of watching us grow and develop into incredible RPers.

Thank you so much for a wonderful two years of role-play, and I hope to see us continue to prosper in 2014.
