Mission: Episode 04 - Exodus
Location: USS Galileo - Bridge
Timeline: MD 03 - 0635 hrs

ON:

Lt. Rhodes had completed a status check about the ship with the several teams and security crew members. He returned to the Bridge to check in with Lt. Rice. Upon entering the bridge he noticed that there were less people working on systems. He felt that probably meant that they had been repaired in the last hour and had gone on to other primary systems to repair. There were still crewmen under consoles and one science console had been taken completely out.

Rhodes walked over to the Tactical station, where Lt. Rice was looking intently at something. Theron asked casually, "What do you see that is so interesting there?"

"Just the data...I am double checking it to make sure the connection has been regained with the main computer," Aria said and looked at him, taking a moment to meet his eyes.

Theron asked casually, "Any good news to report?"

"Afraid not," Aria said as she watched him, taking a breath before shaking her head. "We are still making sure the data we receive is correct. Some stuff got scrambled during the firefight."

"Well," Theron began, "our teams are holding up . I found Christoph wounded in Cargo Bay 2. Davis and Smoak are missing and presumed dead or worse, assimilated. "

Aria frowned as she looked down, taking a deeper breath. It was pretty bad. "And Mormont and Stark?" she asked quietly. She was more worried about Gabriel to be honest than Mormont.

Rhodes looked down slightly, a touch sad. "It is uncertain. They are not on board. I have not found any crew that new their location at the time of the Borg attack." He shook his head slightly. "The two options that come to mind are they were blown out into space when the hull was cut into, or worse, they were assimilated and taken off the ship."

"I don't believe that..." she said quietly, shaking her head. "They're here somewhere. They must be."

Theron felt angry about the whole situation. He also felt for Aria's frustration as well. With compassion he said, "Let me relieve you here. Go and get some food and rest . . . and continue to look and ask about them as you go."

Aria met his eyes before nodding, taking a breath. "Shower wouldn't go amiss. Or some food. Or five minutes silence, Sir."

"Go on now." Theron instructed gently. "Contact me in about 4 or so hours and we will talk further then."

Aria nodded and let out a breath, rolling her shoulders before stepping back. "She's all yours, Sir," she said before walking away, heading for the turbolift.

"Sleep well Aria." Theron said softly, uncertain if she heard him or not.
