Personal Log: Supplemental.

I have just finished my ordered holo training in Hand-to-hand combat. I think I lost twenty pounds just in sweat, ad I suppose that was the point. I set the level to max, and them found out that was pretty dumb...but I did it anyway. It was good to get my ass kicked. Sure I deserved it for any numerous of reasons.

So, ordered to see a Counselor in the morning about my Dominion War experiences. Yeah, like a shrink can really help me there. The ones on the ship weren't even out of diapers when the war was going on. A lot of help they'll be, I'm sure. Hell, if they haven't been I a war, they have no clue. Sure, sure, they can replicate it on a holodeck, but if they have never seen ship full of people you know , vaporized in seconds before your very own eyes; or to hold a child that just witnessed the murder of their entire family because they refused to give up their valuables, and let their women be used as instruments of pleasure. Yeah, these damn kids may have read about it, or hear a story, but thankfully for them, they never lived it.

Anyway, back to my room to shower, kiss my daughter and hold my wife until I fall asleep long enough to start tomorrow. Maybe I am screwed up. I hope I didn't ruin or jeopardize the mission with my stupid big mouth.
