"Captain Saalm has made the decision to rescue the personnel taken from us," jacob talked slowly and thoughtfully as he began his personal log, "It is a heroic and noble thing we do." He took a long swig of his orange creme soda and then continued, "It may be the last thing we ever do, but if it is to be such, then may our names never be forgotten in the history of Starfleet." He raised his bottle in a toast to no one there. "I think about Mor'an more than ever these days. I don't know as to the hows and where's of our friendship. Having spent a wonderful, if sometimes awkward time in the simulation a few weeks ago, I have no idea about any of it. I don't know if I should pursue her further than the friendship we have... I just don't know... maybe I should move forward with someone else.. *sigh*... in any event, we must all survive this Borg incident first regardless..." He took the last swallow of his drink. According to the chronometer, it is nearly time to go... may the Supreme Architect of the Universe protect us all."

"Computer end log."
