A lot has happened over the past weeks, and I've been out of it for most of it. Everything is all a blur since the Galileo was destroyed. I remember getting to the escape pod, being captured, and being summoned for interrogation, but...

I've been told that I owe my recovery to a mind meld from T'Lin, one of the science officers. It sounds like it was a fascinating procedure. I've been trying to pry Allyndra for details, but she insists that I rest, so I'm stuck with reading medical journals and listening to music for now.

We're heading back to Earth; I can't wait to see Jaana again...
