Additional Information

Location Deck 7
Function Propulsion Systems Management, Command & Control
Description Engineering, also known as main engineering, is the location from which the ship's main power systems are controlled. Engineering's primary purpose is to be the central point for control of all engineering systems aboard the ship, especially those related to propulsion and power generation. The matter/antimatter reaction chamber (also known as the warp core) is located here. This area also serves as a backup command and control center in the event that the bridge is destroyed or rendered inoperable. All ship's functions can be accessed through engineering with the proper security clearance.
