| Personal History | Evan was born on Earth and raised by his adoptive parents Brian and Christine. Due to the similarities in Capellans and Terrans, Evan has never really considered himself to be anything but Terran, and the ironic part of his Capellan neurology is that he regards Capellans as abstract concepts, rather than anything to relate to. Evan spent several years as part of Earth's Counter-terrorism Unit and the Terran Intelligence Service before he was contracted by Starfleet to serve as an adjutant to the Galileo's support department. After taking the Oath of Nonviolence required by all Capellans, he served two years in Starfleet's Enlisted Academy school and then met Galileo on Vega IX. | |
