New Features

Audio Player - a custom audio player was integrated into the website's footer and will play custom Star Trek motifs. It is compatible with all major browsers.
Writing Redirects - auto-redirects following post saves, deletes and publishing have been implemented into the writing control panel.

Downloads - the wiki's download page (access restricted) includes an updated Episode Timelines document.

August web activity was down slightly from the previous month while we dealt with many end-of-summer LOAs and vacations. Visitation remained strong, however, and the coming weeks are expected to see an increase in page views and user visits as we transition into the Fall season.

In collaboration with jasoncollege24, last month's web updates included several new features and QoL improvements to the front end of the website as well as significant back-end bug fixing and ongoing maintenance. The Nova CMS was updated to its newest version (2.7.12) which hopefully fixes some minor but long-standing webapp issues that will improve our browsing experience.

September's pending projects haven't been finalized but include a revamped ship tour and ship specs page with image modals, a page loading icon, and a news ticker. More updates will follow as time permits and projects are assigned and timelines finalized.
