  • Subnavigation (all pages) - the New Characters display was updated with the addition of our newest PC, LTJG Nusien.
  • Partners (main page) - two new affiliate games were added to the website's front page along with links to their respective websites.
  • Crew Manifest - the manifest was updated to reflect all new and departed characters.
  • Chain of Command - the CoC was updated to reflect a new senior officer.
  • Crew Quarters & Offices - the wiki's Q&O list was updated with the most recent characters, quarters assignments and duty locations.
  • Duty Teams - the full manifest and duty roster Source of Truth document was updated to reflect all new and departed characters.
  • Downloads - the wiki's download page (access restricted) includes a new link to the Klingon Academy game files.

Comments

Much of the front-end work completed in June consisted of standard maintenance and updates to accommodate new characters and departed within the manifest. Back-end work was more robust and included the creation of a (not-yet-deployed) modified join form designed to help combat spam. Most noteworthy, the Nova software version was updated to v2.7.11 which includes several bug fixes from previous versions which were causing minor issues.

New player recruitment is now closed and indicated as such on the join form. However, open positions remain available on the manifest in the event a prospective player wishes to join the wait list and undergo onboarding after the current episode is complete.

June's website visitation numbers were up slightly from May's and remain steady. There was a recent increase in page views which was excellent to see and reveals more engagement with our large library of game content. Two new partner games, USS Moore and USS Pioneer, were added under our affiliate program and I hope this networking will lead to an increase in content views.

Pending work for July includes a couple major bug fixes and the enhanced PNPC mod. No exact ETA is available but hopefully they will all be completed in a timely manner.
