Greetings Galileans, I have an exciting update for everyone this week with lots of new news and mission updates.

First, our migration to Theta Fleet is now complete. I'm very pleased it went so smoothly and efficiently. Everyone I've met has been very kind and helpful thus far. Our fleet colleagues are professional, approachable, enthusiastic, and accommodating which is quite refreshing.

Our current mission is coming to a close very shortly and I'm preparing to transition to shore leave on Monday. MDs 05 through 09 are now open for writing and the mission notes and briefing room have been updated to reflect our new plot developments. These are the final mission days in the current episode. All EP12 mission days are now open for writing so consider this a two-week notice for the end of EP12. On December 31st, I will be closing EP12 and moving any pending posts to EP13, our new shore leave mission. EP13 will be coming online on Monday (the 19th) which means there will be about a 12-day overlap during which both missions will be online. More info will be sent out about this on the Yahoo list tomorrow.

Next, we have three new characters to officially announce who joined us recently. Please welcome:

SCPO Martin Caine, Chief of the Boat
LTJG Stephanie Fraiser, Chief Research Officer

Finally, stay tuned for a quick LOA update. I think most of us will be around for the holidays and so far I haven't received many absence requests. That said, there are still a couple people who I haven't heard from recently who I will attempt to contact. I'll also be sending out some OOC info about our Kreanus plot to help everyone get on the same page as we move forward.
