To - Holliday, Captain Jonathan - Commanding Officer - USS Galileo
This Executive Order is issued to you with the full authority of Starfleet Command. You are both requested and required to release Commander Norvi Stace from duty as First Officer aboard USS Galileo for immediate redeployment.
Commander Stace is instructed to report to Starfleet Command immediately upon your return to the Sol System for further orders. A replacement First Officer will be assigned to your command upon selection by this office.
