Updated Pages

Home Page - the home page has been updated to display the XO and 2XO next to the CO's signature
Join (Enlist) Page - our Enlist page has been updated and improved with a new image, recruiting status display, and hints/tips for new players on how to create a successful application
Live Chat - the IRC chat mibbit has been updated and now points directly to our private chat room (#USSGalileo)
Crew Manifest - the ship's manifest has been edited to reflect all new/departed players and PNPCs. The multiple manifest option has been enabled and we now have separate manifests for PCs/PNPCs and NPCs
Duty Roster - the ship's duty roster has been updated to reflect all new characters and duty shifts
Sim Awards - a new commendation (Academic Honors Award) has been added to the awards page
