Effective immediately, Lieutenant Warraquim has assumed the post of Chief Medical Officer by the order of Starfleet Command. Lieutenant Kohl will continue as Assistant Chief Medical Officer.

Captain Saalm and I would like to outline that this change of heirarchy was not made at our request but by the Admiralty.

Please respect the new Chain of Command within Sickbay.
