We've had a great week and I'm so happy to see that everyone has been active and JPing with each other. I truly am very proud of all of us for maintaining such a high activity level with such a good quality of writing...keep up the great work!

I'm also very pleased to announce that all of our LOA players have checked in with me and are all on board for our next mission. We haven't lost anyone and we have actually gained a couple of new players over the past few weeks. Please get in touch with our new and returning players and introduce yourselves.

We also have our newest crew addition who just joined us today. Please welcome:

ENS Tavish Hunter, Asst. Chief Engineering Officer

Congratulations on your new assignment and welcome to Galileo! Tavish is played by Andrew who is another experienced OF simmer and plays on a couple other sims. Please greet him with some friendly JPs and make him feel welcome.

Preparations for Episode 03 are almost complete and I should be able to post the details for us tomorrow or Friday. I have noticed that despite our best efforts, there are still a fair amount of Episode 02 JPs in the works, so Tom and I have conferred and decided to extend the Eipsode 02 deadline to Sunday, January 20th. In the meantime, MD -02 and -01 on Episode 03 will remain open for any character development.

Lastly, our Departure JP is underway on GoogleDocs, so if you haven't been tagging or haven't been added to the JP, please check your emails (and Google Drive) and give me a poke if you need access to it.
